3. Payment ProcessingAll payments are securely processed via Stripe.By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal/ssa). We do not store credit card data. Charges will appear as “Wean to Well” or “WeantoWell Svcs.”

4. Refund & Cancellation PolicyThe refund policy is as follows:- All program fees are non-refundable once your lab kit has shipped or lab processing has begun.- Missed appointments, late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice), and no-shows may result in forfeited session time or additional fees.- No partial refunds will be issued for unused services, lack of engagement, or client delays.- If enrolled in a payment plan, the client agrees to complete all scheduled payments. Failed transactions or chargebacks may result in interrupted program access or additional processing fees.This policy is in accordance with your signed Client Consent & Liability Waiver and Plan Service Agreement.

5. Nature of ServicesWean to Well provides wellness education and support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Services are not a substitute for care with a licensed physician. No doctor-patient relationship is formed by participation in our programs.

6. Telehealth AcknowledgmentAll services are delivered virtually through telehealth methods including secure email, video consultation, and messaging platforms. Clients consent to this format and acknowledge limitations of virtual interaction.

7. Privacy & Data Usage:Your personal health data is collected solely for program purposes and securely stored in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. Data may be anonymized and used internally to improve services. We do not sell or share your information without written consent.

8. Hold Harmless & Assumption of RiskBy participating in our programs, you agree to the following:- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your decisions, lifestyle modifications, and supplement use.- You release Wean to Well, Hausmann Legacy LLC, and their directors, team, affiliates, and partners from any liability related to outcomes, injuries, adverse effects, or complications resulting from participation in this program.- You understand that supplements used in this program are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.- You are responsible for consulting with your licensed healthcare provider before beginning any protocol or lifestyle changes.- If your partner participates in any screener, you confirm their consent to share information for educational use only.These statements reflect the terms outlined in the Client Consent & Liability Waiver and are legally binding.

10. Legal JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Williamson County, TN, in the city of Spring Hill (ZIP 37174). Both parties agree to pursue informal mediation before legal remedies.
